Our 30-minute HIIT boot camp sessions combine high-intensity resistance training with active rest to maximize fat burning and build lean muscle. Led by nationally certified fitness coaches, every workout uses dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, steppers, BOSU balls, sleds, and suspension straps to deliver personal training results in a supportive group setting. Members have lost up to 15% body weight, 35 inches, or 41 pounds in just 8 weeks.

Frederick Fit Body Boot Camp is owned by Tommy and Nga Lim, who opened in March 2020 with a mission to transform lives. Tommy, a former federal law enforcement officer, overcame obesity and pre-diabetes through fitness and now holds certifications from ISSA, Les Mills, and Dr. Eric Berg. As part of the international Fit Body Boot Camp franchise founded by Bedros Keuilian in 2009, we combine proven systems with local, personal care. Our trainers hold nationally recognized certifications and continue education in strength, conditioning, senior fitness, and pregnancy. We've built more than a gym—we've built a family that supports each other's fitness journeys.

Your first session will be a free trial where you'll experience our 30-minute HIIT workout with a certified coach. You'll use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight exercises. The coach will show you modifications and ensure proper form.
